《静夜思》- 李白 jìng yè sī
床前明月光， chuáng qián míng yuè guāng，
疑是地上霜。 yí shì dì shàng shuāng。
举头望明月， jǔ tóu wàng míng yuè，
低头思故乡。 dī tóu sī gù xiāng。
【韵译】：
皎洁的月光洒到床前，
迷离中疑是秋霜一片。
仰头观看明月呵明月，
低头乡思连翩呵连翩。

１、举：抬。
【评析】：
这是写远客思乡之情的诗，诗以明白如话的语言雕琢出明静醉人的秋夜的意境。它不追求想象的新颖奇特，也摒弃了辞藻的精工华美；它以清新朴素的笔触，抒写了丰富深曲的内容。境是境，情是情，那么逼真，那么动人，百读不厌，耐人寻绎。无怪乎有人赞它是“妙绝古今”。

Mommy was asking Tong something in the car. She didn't reply me. A while later she said "Violin". Oh... she was concentrating and her hands seemed moving following the beat while listening to the violin music.
I don't know any musical instrument. I wish she could explore more if she likes it.

Daddy and Mommy are planning to go for a holidays that is also suitable to bring along Tong Tong. We just can't decide which country to go. We put aside the tour guides and ask Tong "Which country do you want to go?" Tong said "Lebanon". We asked again she said "Japan, New Zealand".

E-FlashCards website was down for 4 days for a major change. Tong has been asking me for the e lessons these few days. She yearned the happy learning time.

I heard one father said "Why not have somthing that children can learn by themselve? Children now are very smart and able to turn on computer by themselve."
No matter books or computer, they are just the tools that used for teaching. Parents have to sit beside and guide the young children. They hear your voice and see your reaction. Learning becomes fun because of love.

Tong sang "this is a wonderful day go out to play..." in the morning. Mommy quickly checked out the great and near place to go. We visited an organic farm and animal resort in the afternoon. Tong liked to see the cat and pigeons in the farm. It was so nice to chat with the farmer there. We bought some pea sprouts, wheat grass and mushroom.
Tong saw chicken, swan, rabbit, tortoise, goat, fish and dogs in the animal resort. She still remember all the pigions flew away when Daddy went near to take photos. "爸爸拍照 poom! 小鸟飞走了"

Many people including me are curious about how they are doing now. I met one lady in the aerobics class. She had flash card lessons by her uncle who was a teacher when she was young. She is smart and friendly. "She has super memory power and intelligent." Her friends said.

Tong pointed to the National flags on the screen and waited me to tell her something with the picture enlarged. She can recognised some of them like Lebanon, Canada, Singapore and etc.

Tong recognised a small picture on the monitor and said "beetle" which I've just shown to her the lesson of Bugs this morning. Em ... that's encouraging.

Tong likes the little crab on the "Blog" word which I just put it on this morning. She focused well on the Lessons today. We insist of having real picture or clear drawing instead of cartoon for the lesson because we know that entertainment is different from learning information, and you know that too. The kids may just lost focus sometimes. They will enjoy and appreatiate learning very much once they have more and more information. Tong now likes to flip books by herself with simple words. She knows some words in those books too.
Little tricks that work most of the time on my girl:
1) You may show them interesting pictures or songs on computer before start the lessons.
2) Tell them you will show them an interesting song after the lessons.
e.g: Little fish, A frog's tale
If kids are in bad mood that day and don't want any lessons, just let them go. No hassle. No stress. They will come back another day.
